Friendly knowledgeable staff who always greet me as I enter. They ask discreetly if I would like help. They offer to carry my purchases to my vehicle. The store is well lit and organized. The seed is great and my birds love it. Also my solitary squirrel friend likes it too.

I trust the quality of the product and knowledge of the staff.

Sorry if I'm doing this twice but when I did this earlier it just disappeared...? Anyway, the young man I worked with was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Today I bought $100 worth of bird food and last Monday I bought $200 feeding stand. I was taking advantage of the sale going on. So that's one reason I probably won't be back for a while. I have a lot of bird food now. And I really like your kitty cat.

With the weather turning cold, my bird baths kept freezing. I had questions to help me decide if I wanted a deicer or a heated bird bath. A deicer made more sense since I already had the bird bath but I’d never used one before so I had a lot of questions re performance, setup, selection, etc. Kirsten (?) and Zack were very helpful answering my questions. They also made sure they knew what I was in the store looking for and suggested other products I might be interested in as Christmas gifts. I always enjoy shopping in the store because of the unique and broad selection of gift items. Thank you!
