Staff is always helpful and courteous.

First of all, I came to the store and asked a question to a sale person that came outside. I did not order online, I ordered from outside the store. Aubrey was wonderful and very helpful and explained a lot.

It was very easy to place my order online. Shipping was free for the cost of what I had ordered. Everything was packaged very well, the boxes taped up well so as not to have them split open on the way. And delivery was quick. Within two days. The seed was all fresh and packaged perfectly. The birds at my home have been a great solace these months during the pandemic. That i could still get seed easily, took away my worry over losing the beauty of the birds in my life. Thank you so much!

we are very much enjoying the birds feeding - quality of order superb - only small difficulty was adjusting the squirrel baffle so that it would fit.

We didn't have to wait long, and the person who brought the bags of food out was so cheerful. We didn't have to get out of the car. She put the bags in the trunk and we were done!

Excellent selection of products in the store. Very easy to do an online order and pickup. Really enjoyed the brief interaction with the stuff during pick up too. Once I got home and received my items, I was really happy with the quality of them. Definitely will purchase from this store again for my bird needs!
