When I arrived to pick up our order, I discovered that we had ordered birdseed that wasn't what we normally use. When I told the person delivering it to me they right away offered to exchange it for the other kind. It took only a few minutes to take care of the exchange and the additional charge to my credit card. I really love this store on College in Fort Collins. Everyone who works there is always so helpful and patient and can easily answer my questions.
