The seed and peanut products are top notch. The website was easy to navigate and make my purchase. It shipped the next business day and I received it one day later. Everything was in perfect condition in the shipment. There was even a lovely note from Aubrey thanking me for the purchase. The coronivirus advisories are restricting movement and we had a blizzard warning. This shipment of food brightened the day for me and the birds. Thanks again.

She's great at product suggestions, highlighting deals, happiness, and all things about customer service. As I paid she reviewed my membership status (was time for renewal), benefits and final savings. Great staff, thanks for supporting them so well.

This was the first time ordering online and the experience was fantastic! I was very surprised the very next day after my online order to come home from work and find my order on my doorstep. The boxes were taped well & items were all bubbled wrapped to prevent breaking. During this time of "social distancing" I will continue to use the online service, but I can't wait to come back to the store and visit the friendly staff. Thank you!
