Alerted to the need of finches for winter food, we purchased a startup kit which was the perfect way to begin. The store staff was extremely helpful, and we are looking forward to a long relationship.

Staff was there to help right away. They allowed me to have a discount even though I was a day early. They know me and that I am a good returning customer.

My husband and I just moved here and we have a large yard. We wanted to add feeders to our yard but have no idea where to start. We have drive by the store on numerous occasions and decided to visit. Best decision! Very happy with the store it’s self and the staff. We are now regular customers.

Have always loved WBU, but when we moved from Williamsburg, VA to Colorado we are not close to a store. Fort Collins opened up it's store to "Online Shopping" and we are back shopping there! The food is always fresh, good selections (prices are high) and delivery is swift! Love the sales, buy the savings card every year. Always a nice little appreciation personal note with each order.

The sales rep was a real sweetheart. Super pleasant, I have forgotten her name I'm afraid, and she went out of her way to help us out. I'm new to the area and to encouraging birds so the help was appreciated. We will be back for more supplies ^_^
