Since I took advantage of having the seed shipped to me, I obviously couldn't answer questions concerning the store. Over the telephone the person was extremely nice and helpful.

I absolutely love this store as the folks who work here, owner included, are some of the most friendly, courteous, knowledgeable about birds - every time I visit everyone is the same. Great store, great variety of products/ love the holidays when they have all their Christmas items! Great place to shop

I've been going there for 3 decades.What can I say?

I found items I was looking for right away. The young man helped me with all my questions. I even learned how to keep woodpeckers and bats busy elsewhere other than my house!

The clerk approached me and asked if she could be of help. Carried the 20lb seed bag to the register as well as to the trunk. I shouldn't lift more than 16 lbs.👍

I have always had a good experience with the people. They are very knowledgeable and if the person I am with doesn’t know they will find someone who can help. They are always cheerful.

Lauren's store always has the friendliest people. I often have questions and they are very helpful to me. The store is beautiful and it's always a pleasant, even uplifting experience to go there.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We talked abut juncos and he pulled out a bird book to show me what they looked like since I wasn't sure. He also carried out my seed and put it in my car. Very nice.
