I do love the seed and feeders available, the main store asset is the employees working there. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. The products are expensive, i'm just trying to support local business. The birds aren't a huge fan of the spicy bark butter so far.

It is nice to go to a store where their main focus is helping wildlife.

Great staff person gave us plenty of help, and even some birdseed to get started. My only feedback is to try to lower prices a bit for people like me on Social Security.

I was shopping online so some of these questions don't apply to my online experience (cleanliness of store etc). I only wish that it didn't cost so much for shipping. I have to create a huge order to qualify for the "free" discount. I can't use my bird bucks because I have to have a huge order and it takes my total down!! But, Overall, I love the experience and products I've received from this store. They usually arrive in a short amount of time, winter, spring, summer and fall. When I have called in with questions, they have been answered with good advice and courtesy.
