Prices just keep going up and up. Only go in on the few items I can’t find elsewhere because a lot I can find cheaper elsewhere.

I love the quality of your products. However, the prices are outrageous. I looked at replacing my anti-bacterial finch cylinder and it is now $49.95. The smallest one!!☹️ So I am going to look on-line or at ACE Hardware.

I think it would be nice if the employees would help with lifting and holding doors open for customers trying to get merchandise out of the store. Some bags are heavy and enplyees make no attempt to help load bags into car or thru the doorways.

Items are a little pricey.

Prices have increased substantially making me start looking elsewhere for safflower seeds. The quality is outstanding, and I want to keep feeeding my wild bird friends but prices are too high.

I believe pick up orders should be in the front of the store area and not in the back of the store

I still don’t like that you offer the bird bucks to your membership customers. I understand you giving them the discounted price to them. But if someone spends money in your store and and a higher price, they should at least get the bird bucks.
