I understood that I got a free calendar when I went to checkout. However, when I got home and looked at my Visa receipt I saw that I paid $4.99 for the calendar. I get dozens of free calendars in the mail and I never would have accepted the calendar had I known that it was not free!!!!!

The specific products I was looking for were not in stock and was told it would be months before they came back.

The gal told me my membership was going to expire in six days and I told her I would wait until next time. When I got home I saw a email from Wild Birds Unlimited and getting double point until June 30. It also said that if I renewed during this time that I would get double points on renewal. I wasn't told about that. I'm quite disappointed that it wasn't brought to my attention during my purchase. I live SW Loveland by the Foothills. I don't want to drive all the way back to Fort Collins.

The prices of the WBU bird feeders were astronomically expensive! I went in to the store thinking I'd spend about $30 to $45 on a bird feeder, and was shocked to see the smallest WBU feeder tube was over $70, with larger sizes over $100!! The WBU feeders that were shaped like houses were even more expensive. I chose the most affordable feeder I could find, which was a tiny metal open feeder for $32. I think WBU should consider reducing its bird feeder prices a little bit to make them more affordable. I was also shocked to see that a simple plastic cover to put over feeders to protect from rain was $40. That seems exorbitant to charge $40 for a small piece of plastic. The bird seed was reasonably priced, so at least there's that.

It was great! I think price is a little high, but the quality of the product is great! Plus I am trying to help local businesses!
