It was what I expect out of businesses I support. There was no going “above and beyond” which is when I give the higher rating.

Quality products and convenient location

I was highly satisfied, just didn’t hit the right button. But, the questions about safety for my health doesn’t mean a thing to me in this fake pandemic we are experiencing.

Web site is somewhat complicated. Had to try to order and get discount several times before I finally figured it out.

The price of the seed is getting to the point of becoming uncomfortably high, even with the club discount. The product is high quality for sure, but the hobby is getting pricey.

I don't give... highly satisfied. Satisfied - good enough! Never no room for improvements.

The bags have gotten smaller over the years while the prices have climbed. The club discount is appreciated, but the visits are quite expensive.

Half the order was left in the store, when we noted there were missing items the employee went back and got them. Just a delay, only minor. Employee was pleasant and apologetic. Also it was not clear to us where to park for curbside pickup, since this was our first time doing it. Signage could be better. Thank you, Lauren, for the message on the store phone about where to do curbside. This should be on your webpage as well, I think.

Store is located across town from me. Product quality is good, but prices are strong. I shopped on this day because of sale prices. Same bag of sunflower seeds is much less at Poudre Feed.
