We like the cylindars because they can be used in the caged feeder, limiting the access to smaller birds. We liked that we could order on line due to restrictions placed on travel and shopping. We do like coming to your store to view the merchandise and buy larger packaged items. We also liked getting the free candy in the box.

When we arrived to pick up our merchandise, we tried calling into the store to let them know we were there. The phone was not answered - we kept getting a recorded message, so there was no way to let them know we were there to get our order.

I prefer to browse the store when I come to repurchase birdseed, etc. I miss this activity. I will continue to shop via phone in orders until you reopen to the public.

Signing up online to place order has no method to indicate I am a member for a discount nor any way to list the bird buck I had. I had to pay full price. The local shop placed a credit on my account to compensate which I appreciate.

While online shopping is convenient, I prefer shopping in the store. I couldn't use my bird bucks online. I like finding out about seasonal bird activity and personal tips when I'm in the store.

Corona 19 Virus and the store was closed. Curbside service was good.

The cost of the bird feed is just too high compared to other places like Home Depot/Lowes. It isn't clear that for standard black oil sunflower seed or the typical seed blends that the quality is higher. However, you do have better selection.

I just went in to pick up my usual bird seed. Seemed to be only one employee in the store, so there was a delay. If I were at most any other store I would have said the service was highly satisfying, but I am spoiled by this store, as usually greeted by one or more very happy and knowledgeable associates.
