Staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. Product is always in stock and easy to find. Store layout and ambience makes shopping there a pleasure. I like to hear the recorded bird songs and look at new product and ideas to support birds in my neighborhood.

They didn't have my 100 lb bag of peanuts and they were able to give me 2 - 50 lb for the same price.

Victoria and Zack were friendly and helpful. I came in for the woodpecker cylinder promotion. Zack helped me find a hanger/feeder for my woodpecker suet. I’ll be back to this store.

Products sold at this store are highly preferred by the birds that visit my feeders. Once last winter I purchased seed at a large retail store, for convenience, but the birds barely ate it. I bought the No-Mess seed mix and, after cleaning and refilling my feeders, the birds returned in no time. I also appreciate the discount that members receive.
