Your “bird buck” or whatever you call it program for earning a discount on future purchases is antiquated and not convenient. Your store used to hold my coupon for me at the store to use when I returned at a later date. The clerk that checked me out said your store was no longer able to do that… Your seed is on the expensive side and I can buy it elsewhere for less money.

FedEx said they delivered my order but it didn’t arrive. They are now investigating but my birds are hungry! Not WBU’s fault.
