Staff is always excellent and helpful. Super friendly and always willing to offer great suggestions. Store is always well stocked and I can always get what I need.

The gal explained the bird feeder stands to us and explained that getting the box set would save more money. We were picking out the individual pieces. We ended up with the box set.

The man who helped us was very knowledgeable about birds and all of the products in the store. He was able to help us choose the best feeders, seeds, etc. for where we live. He was also very patient and nice!
