We appreciate the quality of the peanuts in the shell, and a coupon for double points made the value be better. Online shopping with in-store pickup seems to work for us. Wish we could feed birds year-round...but brown bears are ever-present in our foothills neighborhood. We must cease usual bird feeding in the springtime when bears come out of hibernation. But...we can feed a small amount of peanuts to the Stellars Jays, because they scarf up the peanuts rapidly every morning.

The staff is knowledgeable and there is always someone available to help. You never have to hunt someone down. It is definitely my go to place for everything bird!

I’m a regular customer and always have a positive experience at the store. I’m greeted in a friendly way, often by name, and the staff is always ready to answer questions or assist. I love the extensive selection of products, and specialty items geared to the seasons. The seasonal decorations are always fun, too. A wonderful store!

The staff was very helpful. They showed me the cost advantage of membership but were not pushy. I am new to this area and they answered a bunch of my questions.
