One of my favorite stores to shop! Love the people and they share their knowledge with this newbie bird lover.

I feel welcome when I enter the store and greeted with a smile. Staff is available for assistance and in a way that i never feel pressured to buy anything. Staff is knowledgable and they help me find the best products for my needs.

They are always very helpful, greet me, and I really appreciate them carrying out the big bags of seed to my car. I am not likely to mention the store to people because I can't remember ever discussing buying birdseed with anyone. I would recommend the store if the subject came up. I know that the seeds are much fresher than the grocery store or hardware store. I make it a point to buy my seed from WBU

Folks in the store are very knowledgeable and excited about birds. It is nice to talk to people who are also passionate about local birds and wildlife

I lik to get the golden safflower for my cylinder feeder. The blackbirds won’t eat it. It is as out of stock every time I wanted it last spring, so I was happy it was available again.

Friendly and helpful staff. You didn’t have the cone shaped jelly holders that was in the branch pole I purchased years ago but understand new pole improvements needed over time
