I visited the store looking for cages for my feeders to prevent grackles from eating my bird seed. First time I ever used the cages. I had one feeder from your store and another that was different in size. I wasn’t sure if the cages would work on either feeder. Victoria answered all my questions and helped me understand how the cages fit on my different feeders. I also wanted to pick up some food for critters. You were out the day I was there. Victoria told me a shipment was coming that day. I planned to return to pick it up but Victoria called me that afternoon to let me know that the shipment you received was not up to your standards and to not come in that day to pick up my critter food. I’ll have Zack pick some up for me once your shipment arrives. Thanks for everything! Love being one of your customers!

The staff was amazing. We had a baby sparrow that the mom abandoned and they were welcoming and caring. They helped us with the proper food for when she gets bigger and a new home for her.
