Helpful staff.

I went in to purchase bird food and my membership had just expired a couple of months ago. The staff went above and beyond and was very helpful. I live in SW Loveland to I don't get up there as often as I like to. I Love your store and all the products that you carry. Keep up the good work. Happy Holidays..

The store staff is always friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable. I love the store manager and her philosophy of helping local charities. She’s the best! The store carries a great mix of bird food supplies as well as gift cards and other bird supplies and gifts. I always enjoy shopping at the Fort Collins store.

I found everything I was looking for, the person helping me knew exactly where I could find what I wanted, and she stayed with me throughout my visit. I was checked in and out quickly, and I had help getting everything to my car. Everyone was very courteous and cheerful. Thank you!
