Its a great store.

I live in an area that does not have access to a WBU store, which forces me to use delivery. I researched and landed on the Ft. collins store because they offered a "slight" discount on shipping and I could shop online. This store has always come through with my shipments and when I have called the store with questions from afar. The people are always pleasant and helpful on the phone and I can always count on my order arriving in a timely fashion. I love the quality of products from WBU after 1st being introduced to it by my daughter (who worked at a WBU store in Ashville, NC)

Staff is so knowledgeable, so friendly, so helpful -- and store is chock full of great merchandise, always clean and cheery.

The store is beautiful filled with things for birds and wildlife that I love. The workers are friendly. A man who has helped me with questions before answered a question about bird baths with running water and solar water “fountains.” We bought bird seed and suet.

I love this store. The staff is so friendly. They're never pushy but they're always ready to help if I need it. They also know a lot about birds! I really enjoy shopping here and I'm sure my birds love that I do also.

Your sales people are always friendly and very helpful. Clearly they love providing for wild birds. For my needs Wild Birds always has the kind of solution to my wishes. And I love that you have a cat in the store!

I needed to replace my old bird feeding station since the large pole was bent. I was able to buy the packaged pole,. etc., plus a feeder. In addition, I needed a new bird bath which I was also able to buy -- a large green saucer and heater. The store associate helped me with my decisions and purchases. Everyone also liked my poodle pup!

Always friendly staff. They always offer to carry my bird seed out to the car. If everI have questions they always have answers. There is an excellent selection of merchandise!

The staff was very helpful answering questions. They also were wearing masks, which I appreciate, and which is why I come to Larimer county to shop these days. The staff also seemed like they enjoy their work and helping customers. Finally, the stock is interesting to see and as I am new to bird watching, will be useful in the future.
