I'm ALWAYS completely satisfied with everything at the Fort Collins Wild Birds Unlimited store! All of the staff go above and beyond for all customers and are extremely knowledgeable on everything! I had such a positive experience at Wild Birds Unlimited thanks to employee Kristen. Kristen was kind and helpful from the minute I walked in the door, but not in a pushy salesperson way. She gave me tons of really helpful info and showed me multiple options for what I wanted to do. I tend to be more an online shopper, but would never have learned so many valuable tips had I just tried to make the same purchase online. Kristen did still let me know if I need something during the snowy months and don't want to drive, that I can still make my purchases at WBU online. Again, she covered it ALL! Thank you!!

I was looking for a very specific type of item, and the shop staff was extremely helpful in assisting me. I found just the right product for my needs.

The staff is always so friendly and I found beautiful things (e.g. puzzles, cards) that I did not see the last time I was there!

It was just a good overall experience- being greeted when I walked in, helped with items, good conversation about the item I purchased and then it was gift wrapped for me (because it was a gift for someone).

Every time I go into the store, there's kind of this atmosphere of everyone knowing each other and fun chatter. It seems like the employees are genuinely into not just the products, but the habits and knowledge of birds and their local habitat. I recently bought a gift for my 11 year old granddaughter, and I'm quite confidant that if she had a question about where to put the birdhouse, etc., that she could call anyone who works there and they would take the time to talk with her. It's an energetic store and a welcome relief from pandemics, politics and pressure.
