Went in to buy my wife her birthday gifts and the man who helped us (he’s retired, I forgot his name) was fantastic. He was so knowledgeable and was so kind in helping me look and know what I was buying. Even have us a recommendation of where to go birding. We signed up for the membership and got the best items with signing up. Love thus store.

Always fun to visit and see all the goods and talk birds/wildlife. The only reason I might not recommend WBU to someone is I don't know anyone who feeds the birds, etc.... I certainly would recommend WBU if I encountered someone who wants to feed birds.

Employees are always offering help. Amount of product. I easily spend over $100 every time because I’m always picking something up that I don’t need.

The staff are always very helpful and friendly and the bird feeds are highest quality.

Everything was as i ordered, and to my surprise, i was gifted a free tote bag and a bag of caramels, which i am now addicted to! :-)

What I wanted was easy to find. I knew what I wanted based on previous advice and recommendations at this store. I was warmly greeted and assistance offered as I entered. The associate even made sure I got my free item.
