I brought my broken bird feeder into the store hoping for advice on the best way to repair it. Instead, Tom, took the bird feeder to the back of the shop while I picked up seed and cakes, and completely replaced the feeder and fixed the surrounding cage. Fantastic!

Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Selection was diverse. I easily found what I had come for with assistance of staff member.

I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the woman who helped me--she was very good. I was looking for a water heater for my bird bath. The one she felt was best was not in stock so she took my name and number to call me when it comes in. I also said how my birds are not eating from my squirrel proof feeder. She showed me how to change the "tension" on the feeder so it would be easier for the small birds to get the food. I haven't done that yet because of the snow in my backyard but I will soon. Thanks!
