I have been a member of WBU for over 0 years in 3 different states. I have tried big box store bird seed but it spoils too fast or the birds refuse to eat it. But NEVER with WBU seed, it does not spoil & the birds LOVE it there is never any waste or leftovers. All the stores have always been knowledgeable of the products & needs of the birds for each season. They are also familiar with the species in the area. I always enjoy going to WBU where the employees and friendly & willing to speak with you about their products & use.

The young pregnant woman helping me was extremely personable & pleasant to interact with. Given my age she sensed my wanting to be in/out store quickly yet showed genuine affection to my pets in the car. WBU is the one store I have felt secure enough to shop in during these perilous times & I have always loved browsing there & all the variety of items as well as catching up on latest bird news & sightings.
