The staff is inviting, seem interested in what they do and to help me find the best products for my set up at home. They are helpful and personable. I appreciate being able to be a Wild Bird member to get a discount as I am in the store often and especially since I recently retired. :))

Quality products; friendly staff & many of them know me by name (which is super cool!)

We were very impressed how knowledgeable they were about what type of food to get for our backyard birds and what not to get and so on. We also learned about how to clean bird feeders when we didn’t do that the last time.

Friendly, knowledgeable and bird-committed staff, good product, ease of access and checkout. Plus the bird bucks and seasonal coupons are greatly appreciated. If I have in questions or concerns, I know the staff will be able to help.
