Great people that go out of their way to be friendly and very helpful. Always have just what I need. Very well stocked store with bird feed and fun gifts.

I have been purchasing birdseed and other products from large stores and was not aware of WBU until recently. I am thrilled to now have the high quality options available for pick up AND with highly qualified staff. I am a newer home owner and am looking forward to being more knowledgeable about better quality products and learning more about birds and wildlife.

The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They know their products and local birds and are happy to give advice. They offer to keep items at the counter as I shop and to carry bags of seed to the car.

I had called 1st to check on a coupon & she was very professional on letting me know it had expired the day before & offered to take my order. I said I would do it online as I might find something to add to my order, Which I did. The site was very user friendly witch I very much needed.
