Tim is absolutely the best ambassador for WBU you could ever find. He is so knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly kind. I recommend going to WBU because of Tim to anyone I know who is interested in birds. Sharon who works there is also lovely, but Tim makes that store a must-stop if you’re into birds on the North Shore.

Great and professional explanations to every one of my questions! It is very satisfying to purchase bird food from people who know all about local birds - and squirrels- and can recommend the best seed and feeders! I feed lots of birds, so it helps, price-wise, to get the best seed for the best price. And, unlike seed I have purchased and had to return to big box stores because the seed was moldy, your seed is always fresh. And, I have thoroughly enjoyed The Joy of Bird Feeding — best and most useful bird book ever. Nice work!

Tim is the best, but all staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

Since we no longer live nearby it is sometimes problematic to get what we need in a timely manner. This helped us immensely.
