I arrived 10 minutes prior to closing. Not a single grumble or sad face as happens at other retailers. Also, I have in the past arrived 5 minutes before opening and they just opened early so I wouldn’t have to wait. AMAZING!!! I work so it is hard to get to the store during the week. When I do arrive close to open or close, I always have a warm welcome. Of course, the welcome is always warm but it is especially appreciated when I know time is short.
