the staff is always so friendly and cheerful and the store is decorated so nice and it is so clean. I love all of the products that they carry, the overall atmosphere is very welcoming

Friendly staff. Great variety of birding supplies. Store is always spotless & well organized. Prices are a bit higher than big box type stores but well worth it as the seeds are much higher quality & seem fresher. Thanks WBU!!

Always a pleasure to visit this store. Everyone is always so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Great variety of items to choose from and I often get something for myself (cards,socks,etc) in addition to what I buy for the birds. Thanks!

The staff were very interested in what I was looking for. They talked with me, but then let me look. I was buying a gift, and the lady who helped me check out also wrapped it so pretty.
