Easy and pleasant store in which to shop

Service is the main reason. Also the hot seeds to deter squirrels jumping on the feeder to make the seeds drop to the ground for later feeding.

The quality of the bird food and other products can not be found anywhere else in our area! We are able to attract an amazing variety of bird species because of the unique types of high quality foods and other products available at this store! The customer service is amazing and all of the staff members are so helpful and friendly!

Easy to place order online and WBU ships very quickly. A few years back I had a delivery problem with UPS and WBU shipped a duplicate order promptly with FedEx, great customer service.

I love going into the store. It has such a lovely atmosphere, and there are so many unusual things to choose from to use as gifts. The seed is high quality. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Just a joy to shop there.

I was able to make my purchase even though the power was off in the store. I appreciated the extra effort so I didn’t have to return to the store at a later date to make my purchase.
