It was a great visit. Got to meet the owner and he was very friendly… the store was not extremely busy but there were a fair amount of customers, and we had someone give us special attention our whole visit. This was very helpful as we are novices!

Staff is always super friendly and eager to assist. I can't remember names well but the lady with the short black/white hair and glasses usually helps me and she is very sweet. I love the ambiance in the store and could stay for hours if I had the time. Thank you for being a great asset to East Memphis! My wild birds appreciate it!
