I wish I remember her name, but the woman who checked me out was a delight. She reminded me of the membership so I signed up, got my adorable free feeder and seed. and will now be saving more than I spend with the discount. I seriously love this store. My grandmother shopped at a store out in California for as long as I can remember. It’s always worth it to stay with your brand because the merchandise is thoughtfully made and I know that the company genuinely puts time, money, and energy into wild bird conservation. I sound sappy- but I hope someone reads this and knows that their work matters.

ALL the employees always go way "ABOVE AND BEYOND" to make sure ALL their customers are treated with great care and concern! I drive over 20 miles one way just to visit THIS store!
