Every time I visit my local WBU, I am welcomed and immediately asked if I need help with anything. The majority of the time, I don't need help bc I'm a regular there and generally know what I need or want. But it's always nice to interact with the owners and sales people.

I feel confident that any premium paid for merchandise comes with assurances of quality. Also, expertise offered by salespeople is always available.

They greeted me when I came in and made themselves available for any help that I needed and yet they gave me time to look. They answered a question that I had about one of the products. Customer service is superb and I always enjoyed going there. They even carried my product out to the car for me.

A customer is greeted immediately and helped as soon as the representative is available. The products are always taken to my care, I am handicapped.

They always know where something is and are helpful with suggestions!
