I have been using the store for 2 yrs now and live everything!

Got my usual bag of bird seed and also picked up my free birthday bag. Staff member loaded my car after a speedy checkout.

I always have a very pleasant and enjoyable shopping experience at this store. Everyone is very friendly and helpful on every visit.

I didn’t see the usual hot pepper suets I get so got 2 safflower seed suets instead.

First time in the new location. So well organized, variety of merchandise, helpful staff, clean, and birds singing!

Staff eager to help and very knowledgeable Staff shares their experiences with feeding my birds which is very helpful and encouraging to a novice.

Store is always nice, neat, well stocked and all of the staff are super friendly. Very pleasant atmosphere.

It’s always such a calming experience in my WBU store. Everyone is so knowledgeable and kind AND knows my name!!! I love that there are high quality products that I didn’t know existed. Being a member has great perks as well. Discounts etc. My Dad and I would go into WBU growing up so it’s a fond memory for me.

Staff is friendly and has a high level of expertise. Clean, well laid out store that is very attractive.
