As a novice bird watcher, I am not always sure what I need to purchase for my backyard feeders. The staff here is knowledgeable and steer me to what are the best products for the birds in my yard. They never makes me feel like my questions are silly, no matter how simplistic they are. I really love visiting this store.

Pleasant, friendly, thoughtful (always offer to carry purchases to car), knowledgeable- always a nice experience.

Because the staff is always friendly and helpful, the store is convenient and always tidy and they have all the products I require.
