I did not have the option that I just stopped by. I did not make a pre order. The lady that helped me gave me several options and gave me directions on installation. Told me if it ended up not being what I needed bring it back and she would help choose another. She was very knowledgable about birds and very engaging in conversation. I was also surprised at pricing as I thought it would cost about twice what I paid.

I was very torn between what to get to deter the Squirrels in my backyard but keep a bunch of birds coming to the feeder. I learned a lot and found a new seed that would keeps birds coming but not allow Squirrels to eat ALL of it in one sitting.
