Shortly after I placed my order, I received a phone call letting me know that one of my items was unavailable. They replaced it with another item that was even better value. The items arrived in great shape and well packed.

The staff in this store are always welcoming and helpful and knowledgeable when I have questions about specific types of birds. The store is clean and merchandise is arranged such that you can easily find what you need and the front of the store showcases more decorative items in a very appealing way.

Referring to my previous purchase on 02/13/24 - Receipt number 14008614: I purchased the barrier guard feeder perch for the Bluebird feeder and XL eco clean tube feeder. Eric was able to place an order for more perches and I was able to pick it up within a matter of days. Tube feeder- I bought the regular XL months ago that doesn’t have the eco clean properties, and I knew I had to purchase it in eco clean version the next time. It looks so much cleaner!
