The staff in this store are always welcoming and helpful and knowledgeable when I have questions about specific types of birds. The store is clean and merchandise is arranged such that you can easily find what you need and the front of the store showcases more decorative items in a very appealing way.

The store is always clean and staff is friendly. It's a peaceful, serene shopping experience every time I go! I was very happy this time because I got there in time to purchase some of the Christmas items 40% off before they were gone!

Referring to my previous purchase on 02/13/24 - Receipt number 14008614: I purchased the barrier guard feeder perch for the Bluebird feeder and XL eco clean tube feeder. Eric was able to place an order for more perches and I was able to pick it up within a matter of days. Tube feeder- I bought the regular XL months ago that doesn’t have the eco clean properties, and I knew I had to purchase it in eco clean version the next time. It looks so much cleaner!

I have been having a problem with squirrels in my Birdfy feeder and someone recommended Fiery Feast. The staff was very helpful and so far the product is helping. The young lady also offered your membership program with an explanation of the benefits and I appreciated the low key (not pushy) way it was handled. I joined.
