The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They have a lot of fun stuff in the store.

I have been having a problem with squirrels in my Birdfy feeder and someone recommended Fiery Feast. The staff was very helpful and so far the product is helping. The young lady also offered your membership program with an explanation of the benefits and I appreciated the low key (not pushy) way it was handled. I joined.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. They were able to lookup the name of the seed I bought in the past so I knew what my birds liked.

I am always welcomed as soon as I enter the store. I know the food and other items are high quality. The selection was low due to the snow and ice, but I found seed I could use to keep the birds fed.
