We just find the prices to be fairly high. I understand it's a smaller business and therefore prices will be higher, but it's not really in our budget to make frequent purchases there.

I am always satisfied.

I wish they had longer open hours. Stay open to at least 6:00 for working people.

I bought a suet feeder that was for a specific bird and i wasn’t aware of that. Wish they would have let me know what kind of bird the feeder was designed for because i would have made a different choice.

I am satisfied. We shopped at a busy time.

No one automatically carried my 20 pound sac of bird seed to car. Also had a sac to carry. I’m 70 years old and weigh 91 pounds. Someone asked if I needed help. They should have said “ let me help you” I said I’d be okay if I could get to the door. They did not insist on carry the bird seed to the car.

Still don't like to have to pay for a membership. If there were another bird store without one in my area, I would change to them.

Happy with product and ease of locating but it just is not something I feels is a highly satisfied rating. All was good. Always leave room for improvement.

THE MIXED SEED THAT I PURCHASED WAS INFERIOR DUE TO THE FACT THAT ALL THE MILLET IN THE MIXTURE WAS HULLS ONLY MIXED WITH THE NIGER.
