I buy Bark Butter in addition to seed. The last three items were defective. Hard, won’t spread. I can’t understand why you don’t fix this. You’ve seen the problem and agreed with me. The other containers last weekend were same condition. Annoying.

I had to wait several minutes for someone to help me. Not only that, I still had to seek out someone before I actually got help rather than the staff just coming to me. I'm a novice bird watcher and the staff seems to know their stuff about birds, but also seemed put out that they had to talk to me. Just wanted more congenial sales staff.
