I received the wrong items in my order. I did not realize the mistake until I got home. I dont live in Memphis. I live in Millington. I had to take it back and exchange it. To much driving, to much time.

I was very satisfied Birds have yet to find the feeders but Its just been a week. I hope they will find the feeders and some good feed during this ice and snow.

My only issue on this visit was that the store was not limiting the number of customers coming in the store with the covid pandemic still a serious concern. The 25% sale was going on so there were more customers in the small store than I was comfortable with.

I did not experience any problems at all. The service was good, the products were fine and the other aspects of customer service were also very good .In order for me to give a company or individual a grade higher than what is expected under normal conditions, something extraordinary should occur during an encounter with an employee. For example, sincere friendliness should always be the rule of the day, but it must be more than a simple thank you. There is one employee there that needs some training in this area of customer service.

I'm usually good about keeping Bird Bucks, but this time I accidentally threw away the receipt saying I had $10 credit. I asked cashier to look up my account so I could use the $10. She said they can't see the credit in the system, and that I had to present the receipt to claim the credit. I realize it was my fault for trashing the receipt, but it's the year 2022. I think y'all should have a system able to keep track of the pending credit. The cashier was very nice and apologetic but ultimately I didn't get to use the Bird Bucks I'd earned. As a loyal patron of WBU, I was disappointed she didn't offer the credit anyway, talk to a manager, or offer any other solution besides, "Maybe it will turn up". It won't turn up because it's in the trash somewhere.
