We called the day before we picked up the bird feeder. Simon put it aside for us for pick up the next day. He quoted us the price. He was knowledgeable and helpful. The next day, we picked it up. It was set aside as Simon said it would be. The person who cashed us out, input the bird feeder. It came up $10 more than we were quoted. Without our even mentioning the price we were quoted, the sales person noted that the price didn't seem right and she corrected it. Great service! We've bought this feeder from you at least twice before. We've been very happy with it, and just need to replace every so many years as it rusts out at the bottom after a while given our lovely Massachusetts weather. We miss Susan and Doug, but are well cared for when they are not there. Thank you.

I love visiting Wild Birds. I'm always happy with the selection and knowledgeable staff. Every time I'm there I see something new that I want to buy to enhance my enjoyment of watching my birds in my yard.

This is such an easy place to shop. All products are out where you can see them - nicely displayed. Easy online ordering when I need to do that. Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Love Wild Birds Unlimited!
