I love this store and have been coming here for many years. This visit was fun since I met the daughter (working at the register) of a long time staff member. All in the family. :-)

Everyone at Wild Birds is wonderful, very friendly and knowledgeable. I recently installed a window feeder and everyone shared my excitement when I said that I had birds coming to visit. For many years my mother, Ruth Chamberlin, visited your store and bought so many feeders and seeds for the birds that kept her company. I did an order over the phone and the person I talked to was very helpful, answering questions about some of the items I was ordering. I called about 10 minutes before closing time, but never felt rushed in answering my questions. When I came to the store a few days later to pick up my items, they were all ready on a cart by the door. The person who helped me at the store was very friendly and helped me to get everything out to my car. Even when I’ve placed an online order, the items came within a few days and always well packed. I’ve been shopping at WBU in Sudbury for 30+ years and never have been disappointed!😀

Shopping at the Sudbury store is a delight. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The inventory is always good. I highly recommend it to others who are looking to either start a birding activity, or looking to replenish food, feeders etc...

Of course I smiled. Had Orioles to the jelly feeder within hours, also a catbird.
