I love the variety of merchandise, the cards, the caramels at Christmas and the odd little items.

I love this store and the staff. It is a special touch that many of you know my name. Ir make me feel like you really do appreciate my business even though - holy cow the store was mobbed!

A+++ for helpfulness and knowledge and friendliness of staff. As for the hummer dish and pole -- just exactly what I needed...and the hummers and hairy woodpeckers couldn't be happier! I'm so pleased I'd like to get another identical pole and feeder before the fall migration begins.

What's not to like about an interestng cordial store.

I've been a customer for several years. The entire staff is invariably pleasant, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. There is no sales pressure, and they don't mind if you just want to browse for a while. They've also provided me great advice about bird watching in general, even if it did not relate directly to something I was thinking of buying. Susan and her team have a strong, genuine interest in bird watching; it is not just any old job to them. Their enthusiasm shows. The selection of items is superb, and if they are out of an item, or I don't see something I was looking for, they will get it for me, if at all possible. The prices are fair for the extremely high quality of the products. In the past, I had bought a few things from competitors. They were cheaper, but did not work or last. Nothing I have gotten from WBU has failed to date, even things from several years ago. Most importantly, the staff are really nice as people. Thank you.
