The staff was so helpful with my purchase of a beautiful stone birdbath, created by a local sculptor. Everyone was friendly AND knowledgeable!

The reason I'm so happy with your store is the employees are so helpful and knowledgeable. They can often suggest more budget friendly options for me (because of course I want it ALL :-) ) and can explain the differences and which birds prefer which feed. I love the feeder pole system, and while feeders eventually can wear out from use - the pole system and its accessories are so sturdy and have lasted 8 years so far without a dent & barely a scratch! Your store carries a great variety of foods for all the birds we have in the area, and the proper feeders that work with them. Being on the Savers plan really helps to keep this hobby of ours going (I actually checked the price savings vs different sores and online outlets before joining - your prices with the plan are better! I was surprised, because your products and food are premium quality. "Our" birds are like our wild pets, and we treat them so-Thank You!
