The staff consistently answers my questions and guides me to the products that will work best for me. It is always a very enjoyable experience at this store!

I am a rather new bird enthusiast and the staff were helpful with advice in selecting a feeder. They made sure it worked appropriately as well. They also had advice with selecting a pole setup for my hummingbird feeder. This experience is important as I will be coming back for purchases rather than visiting large pet stores or shopping online.

I had bought a seed computed for birds, but squirls ate the whole thing in one day!!! Therefore I went back to purchase one that prevents squirls from eating the seeds.
