Staff is very personable and take interest in your bird experiences and overall life. I consider the staff as my friend @ WBU. They also stand by their products. Instead of making you purchase a whole new product, they repair with pieces they have, or if needed, provide a replacement. WBU is the best store I shop in. Maybe you could teach other retailers your secrets to customer satisfaction.
