Susan creates such a friendly atmosphere that it's more like dropping in for a visit than stopping buy for a purchase. The camaraderie is so infectious that customers sometimes offer advice on other customers' purchases and often volunteer help with getting bags of seed to the car. Add to that a wide variety of merchandise in stock and the knowledgeable staff to answer questions...why wouldn't one be highly satisfied?
