Susan and her staff make the entire experience wonderful. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and pleasant. While I could buy seed cheaper at other places, you could not get the advice there. I also want to support other women owned businesses I love the other products in the store and around Christmas, i buy many presents from Susan's shop.

Everything that happens at Wild Birds Unlimited in Sudbury is as good as you could want and even imagine. The staff are lovely, friendly and knowledgeable. The products are first class. And it always feels like I am the most important person to come in to the store that day. Sometimes I don't even want to leave,

The owner is wonderful! Susan recognizes me and calls me by my name which feels so welcoming and friendly! How does she know her customers by name? Even in a mask she recognizes me!
