Susan and her staff are unfailingly helpful and gracious. I have to drive a long distance to get to this store, but I'd rather go in person even if I can than order online. After all this time, I still find things and learn things by visiting the store. They were incredible during the pandemic, too. I'm not sure how they got through it, but they certainly helped me get through a miserable time. Visiting Wild Birds Unlimited in Sudbury is one of my favorite shopping experiences. It's the only store that I feel a genuine sense of loyalty to, because I feel like they really know and value me as a customer.

WBU Sudbury has the best staff. Both Susan - the owner and Doug - the manager are very knowledgeable about WBU products and bird feeing in general. All of the staff are friendly and will go out of their way to help. I also love that this store has a really nice selection of nature-related gifts. It has become one of my go-to places when gift shopping. There are WBU stores closer to me, but I go to Sudbury because of the staff!

They know about birds and take the time to help me with questions and are friendly doing it.

Advice of staff steered me in the right direction on a hummingbird feeder and other items needed with that, particularly appreciated since I've not tried to attract hummers before. All my questions were answered and even some I hadn't thought to ask I would not have thought of a pole hanger at all! I bought things for other family members as well and must have spent an hour in the store just looking everything.

I have been shopping at this store for over 40 years and like all the people working there.
