The franchise owner and all staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. In addition, the store is immaculate and has done an excellent job during the pandemic. Merchandise is a bit pricier than elsewhere but the quality of the staff and goods make it all worthwhile.

Ordering online was efficient. Delivery was astoundingly fast (as always). Packages arrive by FedEx seemingly in a day. Very impressive

Able to park easily; help putting seed packages on cart; interesting items to explore and look at. Mostly friendly and chatty staff. Excited about their products. Informed as what products are for , how they work etc

I love WBU Sudbury! The staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. There is a great selection of goods, all high quality. It is more expensive in the short run, but in the long run, it always saves me money. The dump is littered with the carcasses of cheap bird feeders I purchased until I learned better!
